Give your child a camp of active play, positive coaching, and soccer fundamentals at Nimitz Elementary School in Honolulu. Our camp is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced players, with a focus on fun, teamwork, and individual improvement.

What Your Child Will Experience

Across five days, players will rotate through age‑appropriate stations focused on ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, and small‑sided games. Each session finishes with fun scrimmages so kids can apply what they learned in a game setting.

  • Skill development: Dribbling, passing, shooting, first touch, and basic defending.

  • Game understanding: Simple game rules, spacing, teamwork, and decision making.

  • Physical activity: Lots of movement in a safe, supervised environment.

  • Character values: Respect, effort, sportsmanship, and positive attitude.

Safety and Supervision

All sessions are led by experienced youth coaches who are used to working with elementary‑age players. Children are checked in at the start of each session and released only to approved adults at pick‑up.

  • Coach‑to‑player ratios are aimed at close supervision.

  • Clearly marked pick‑up location on campus.

  • Immediate parent contact if a child is injured or not feeling well.

  • Does my child need soccer experience?
    No. We welcome beginners and more experienced players. Groups will be organized by age and general level.

  • Is this camp only for Nimitz Elementary students?
     Yes, this camp is designed specifically for enrolled Nimitz Elementary students (Grades K–6).

  • Between what times will the soccer camp be?
    09 AM to 12 PM
  • What should my child bring to camp?
     Please send your child with a water bottlerunning or soccer shoes, and comfortable shorts each day. Bringing a soccer ball ⚽ (optional but recommended) helps your child get even more touches and practice during drills.
  •  What happens if it rains?
     Light rain: we continue if conditions are safe. Heavy rain or unsafe conditions: we may move to sheltered activities or cancel that day.

  • How long is the camp each day?
    The camp will run for 2–3 hours per day, depending on the number of players registered, their age groups, and overall skill levels. This lets us keep sessions fun, focused, and appropriate for each group.
  •  How do I pay?
     After you submit the form, you’ll receive a thank-you message guiding you to press a Venmo link for processing your payment. Send a private transaction with the description " Nimitz soccer camp & player's full name.

  • Can I get a refund if my child can no longer attend?
    Yes. You can receive a partial refund until March 11th. You will get your full amount back minus a $30 penalty fee to cover processing and administrative costs

    All players must wear the official camp uniform, which is a one‑time cost of only $27 per player.
